At 32 Raglan Street, we embarked on one of our most ambitious projects to date. The challenge was to transform an existing dwelling into a unique, multi-level space while preserving its character. We began by carefully propping up the original structure to ensure its stability. Once secure, we built an additional unit underneath, effectively creating a new living space that complemented the original design.

Once the new unit was completed, we then carefully placed the existing dwelling on top, creating a stunning two-story structure that blends modern innovation with classic charm. The final result is a beautifully executed project that not only maximizes the use of space but also enhances the overall aesthetic of the property.

This project stands as one of our first major undertakings of this kind, and we are incredibly proud of how it turned out.
